I am working to master...I am working to master the skill of create a typeface digitally. Also, I was able to master the skills of adding different levels to the image and using the eraser tool to get rid of unnecessary lines and colors.
I drew inspiration from...
I didn't really have an inspiration. I was just messing around with different fonts and I came up with the typeface that I did.
I started my project by...
I started my project by first prating my handwriting in print and then in cursive. I then started my design on a white paper and when I came up with something that I liked, I outlined it with a black sharpie.
I needed to use...
I needed to use photoshop to enhance and make my typeface realistic. The photoshop allowed for me to separate the writing from the paper.
I had to make sure that...
I had to make sure that the original picture that I took was clear and that it wasn't wonky. I also needed to make sure that I wasn't getting rid of any of the typeface and to keep it how it was when I wrote it out.
If I could change something...
If I could change something it would be to make sure that the lines were straight, the thickness/thinness was all the same. Also, I might've tried a different design.
I am proud of...
I am proud of the background that I used because it gives it a different look than if it was just a white background with letters on it. However, the font did become blurry which is upsetting, but overall I think that it turned out alright.
